Returns & Exchanges

At Texas Boot Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or gear don't fit perfectly, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request an Authorization

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn boots and original tags inside the shoebox, ensuring you include a copy of your RMA form to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Securely tape the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will issue your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
