How do I know which size boot to order?
Most of our western boots run true to size, but some brands may vary. We recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page or ordering a half-size down if you prefer a very snug fit, as leather will stretch slightly with wear.
What is your return policy for boots and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles, as scuffed soles are ineligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We provide tracking information via email as soon as your package leaves our ranch.
Do you offer professional boot stretching or repair services?
While we do not perform in-house repairs, we can professionally stretch any boots purchased from our store if they feel a bit tight. For major repairs, we recommend visiting a certified cobbler to maintain the integrity of the exotic leathers.
